POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Undertaking initial diagnostics of the incident, using the tools available and resolving as many as possible on initial contact;
  • Accurately recording and classifying all incoming incidents with the appropriate priority, category and incident summary details or error messages;
  • Proactive flagging incidents where no knowledge solution was found;
  • Meeting or exceeding the level of Service when responding to all incoming incidents;
  • Accurate and timely hand off to other resolving teams.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent French language skills both verbal and written.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Basic experience in Windows NT/2000/XP, MS Office, MS based applications.
  • Basic technical support experience an advantage but not necessary.
  • Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.

Educational Requirements:

  • University level preferred.

Work pattern:  we will confirm the working hours before the hiring process.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:

·         Providing second line technical support for more complex incidents received from the 1st line incident handlers, in respect of clients/ services supported,

·         Apply business and technical knowledge to meet resolution targets,

·         Prepare training materials, scripts and organize training process for new agents

  • Providing support and training for first line analysts
  • Acting as first point of escalation for the service desk in respect of technical support
  • MS Office Standard Suite Advanced Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory Management – Computer, User, Groups, ACL
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • VPN Connectivity Troubleshooting
  • Remote Access User Management and Troubleshooting
  • Messaging User Management and Troubleshooting, Exchange Server 2003
  • Laptop/Desktop Performance issues  
  • Windows XP Advanced Troubleshooting
  • Elementary management of Windows security polices – gpedit, gpol

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical skills (core):

 

Operating Systems

Advanced knowledge of:

  • Active Directory Services
  • Messaging Services
  • Remote Access Services
  • Encryption - PKI
  • Large File Transfer

  • Basic Networking

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Centric Iasi - Junior and Medium level developer in Microsoft .NET (C#)

1. We are looking for developers with:

·         University degree in informatics (at least 3 years experience in web development);

·         Thorough knowledge of ASP.NET 4.0, C# 4.0

·         Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 2/ IIS;

·         Knowledge of Entity framework, MVC3, WCF, WIF;

·         Knowledge of usual internet technology (HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, VbScript, XML

-        Knowledge of version management system Team Foundation Server.

1 Junior + 1 Medium.


2. We are looking for two junior .NET (C#) developers:

            -    they will be working within the team (distributed), not as a separate project.

            -    they will have to be trained in the Netherlands (2-3 months) and afterwards will have to work from Iasi, Romania.
